She is closely involved with all members of the staff and monitors the day-to-day activities as well as listing and selling homes.
Angela Schott – Closing Manager for The Lynda Anderson Team. Angela is responsible for overseeing all transactions following the acceptance of a purchase agreement. It is her responsibility to continuously monitor each aspect of the transaction (i.e.-inspections, title work, appraisals, surveys, etc.) and expedite things according to the terms of the contract, in order to see them fully through to the closing. She will work closely with you as well as the lender and title company in order to successfully reach your goal. Angela also works closely with Lynda making sure the office is running at its highest and best level.
Jay Borns is a buyer specialist for The Lynda Anderson Team and brings a wealth of knowledge to the real estate market. Jay is a life long area resident.
