It is her responsibility to continuously monitor each aspect of the transaction (i.e.-inspections, title work, appraisals, surveys, etc.) and expedite things according to the terms of the contract, in order to see them fully through to the closing. She will work closely with you as well as the lender and title company in order to successfully reach your goal.
